Our employee sales application collects precise location information, including location information when the application is closed or not actively being used. Background location access is required because employees visit shops and sales locations during working hours, and the application calculates work-related travel distance for travel reimbursement and payment processing.
Location information is used to calculate travel distance, verify assigned shop visits, prepare work and travel reports, and determine eligible travel payments. We do not use location information for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Location information may be shared only with authorized company administrators, managers, payroll personnel, and service providers processing information on our behalf. It is not shared publicly.
We retain location information only for as long as necessary for business operations, payment and accounting records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
Employees are informed about this collection and must grant the relevant Android permission to use location-based shop-visit, travel calculation, and reimbursement features. Employees may withdraw permission through Android settings, but disabling location access may prevent these features from working.
For questions or requests regarding location information, access, correction, or deletion, please contact us through the Contact Us page.
